File extentionnya .jar aja...

Program apa yang dipakai untuk membuatnya?
Yang simpel, tapi lumayan bagus gitu...

There is a software which is yours truly for this purpose, I believe LAB-6400 of Sun Microsystems Corp. is the right thing for this cause.
